Good morning -- We have checked with the technician regarding this and there was a misunderstanding at the office who booked the job in. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, the technician did advise where to get a new fob and advised YouTube videos on how to rectify which didn't cost a penny as there was no call out charge.
