We also need to investigate your comment regarding being asked what you wanted to pay as this is certainly not the approach our team are asked to take. Good morning -- We have consulted with the technician who served you. The three locking straps had to all be replaced as they come in a set of three and we wouldn't ever "bodge" a job which could potentially be found how it was at the point of your enquiry in a few weeks. The door would close unevenly which we are sure would not be acceptable. We have to claim the repair and put a warranty on the work. Regards The DAWES DOORS Team
