Good afternoon David We have consulted with the technician who made the visit to your property. You are correct in saying there was no call out charge and we did provide a no obligation quotation obviously this then got discounted. The £120 was to get in the garage so we could determine what was required to be done. The total price was £250 + VAT. You did have the opportunity to refuse the work being done but we were instructed to continue. We are obviously to read such reviews which are very rare considering our current star rating on Feefo. We have also been awarded the Feefo Gold Service Award for outstanding service which we are terribly proud of.
