Good afternoon -- The technician who made the visit and carried out the survey has been consulted regarding this. The door was opened at high winds which bent the mechanism which meant we were unable to fix the door so a no repair option. Therefore we suggested a replacement door and provided a quote with but with no obligation. There was no point us returning as we were unable to repair the door. There is every chance other supplier can supply a new door for less. We are thankful for giving us the opportunity. Kind Regards, The Dawes Doors Team
