I’m sincerely sorry to read this! Delivery to the US is usually very reliable but we have experienced some delays due to the restrictions put into place as a result of last October’s toner bomb scare. Apologies again if your order was held up in this. We aim to call our customers back as soon as possible when this has been arranged with our out of hours staff – the busy holiday season and lack of working days has meant these have not always occurred in as timely a manner as we would have liked and I sincerely apologise that you didn’t hear back from us as soon as you had hoped. We do not use a traceable delivery service as we have seen in the past that doing so can cause delays of 4-6 weeks while the orders are held in customs and this is something that we’re keen to avoid. Thank you for bringing this incident to our attention and apologies again for the disappointment.
