I am a 15/34 - and my guess is that I am extremely average in this size, there are many, MANY others exactly the same size. Seems to me that they do not provide the size 34 sleeve in order to force customers to order size 35 and then pony up the extra $10 to have the sleeves shortened by 1 inch - that's not good honest business, that's playing dirty

This kind of underhand business is honestly not what we’re about. We have simply found through extensive market research that the vast majority of our returning customers with a collar size of 14” – 15.5” buy 33”, 35” or 37” sleeves. The alteration service we provide is for a minority who require a length other than what our customer base proves to be the average. We feel that the small fee we charge for it is reasonable, especially since a customised shirt can still be returned to us for a full refund if it’s inside the guarantee period. We continually review demand for products and sizing and should we find the demand for your size increasing, we will certainly implement it. This has been done in the past on numerous occasions and in a number of different areas with our products. It’s a shame that this shirt wasn’t to your liking, but we have already received it back and refunded you as requested. Many thanks for your feedback, which will be taken on board and please accept my apologies for the disappointment.

Good fit, and excellent collars on the shirts. I had pockets added to the shirts and the shirt puckers around the pockets a little bit. I think the pockets could have been a little better.
