Believe me; we are also incredibly frustrated with delivery timeframes realised this Christmas. To be fair, the vast majority of orders that we send to the US land well within 10 working days and this has proved to be the case during previous holiday seasons too. The fact that an order placed after Christmas has already arrived with you should assure you that the problems experienced this Christmas are very rare indeed. I’m sorry to say that your shoes are still with Customs, likely because of their weight, but are sure to be with you very shortly and I hope you’ll accept my apologies for the delay. With respect to the yarn count information being removed from our website, we recent decided after much research and customer feedback that the information didn’t really resonate with most of our customers and may have actually been the cause of too much unnecessary confusion resulting in customers being a little turned off. The information, however, is always at hand and all you’ll need to do is drop us a quick line. I can’t explain why your email in this regard never made it to us but I’m glad that you have raised the matter here.
