I am very sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced with this order. It seems we have made an error when packaging your order and sent you two of the same tie. We would of course like to ensure that you have received your entire order, so please let me know which tie we have missed out, and I can get this sent to you asap. Also you mention that you are not happy with one of the ties. We pride ourselves on producing great products and therefore would hate for you to keep an item you are not entirely happy with. Therefore, please feel free to send the tie back using the freepost returns. We can perform a quality check on the item and if it is a manufacturing error, we will of course exchange it. I am glad that our errors have not deterred you from ordering with us in the future. However, I do understand that this would have caused disappointment and frustration. I am confident that we will sort out the problems for you without any further inconvenience.

I am very sorry that you have not found the sizing of our Pique Polo shirts suitable. We constantly review the specifications of our clothing so that we can improve the sizing. This is mainly achieved through feedback such as yours.
