Hi and in response to your comment: You placed order on 14 June @ 2131 hours and by 1500 hours the following day it was sitting in the Post Office (less than eighteen hours after receipt of funds). So we're not too sure how you've concluded that it wasn't sent after one week given that you received order updates by email.
