Great response time to an email, and very quick delivery when our event was coming up very soon. Went down a storm with our participants as a Bush Tucker style challenge.

As the edible insect industry is still in it's infancy we do appreciate and understand that it's very difficult to gauge order quantities, particularly when hosting eating challenges. As such, and on all applicable product pages, we do advise customers approximate numbers of insects per pack. Of course we are always happy to offer advice when customers mail or call. That said we will look at ways of making the information shown on product pages a little more informative/helpful so thanks for your feedback - most helpful.

We can see that your order was shipped using our premium expedited service for which we do require a signature so even if it fitted through your letterbox it could not have been left. Should you wish to order the same product again then it may be worth using our standard Royal Mail 1st class service which does not require signature and does fit through a standard sized letterboxes.
