Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

There were too many people involved in the process.

Our first claim experience in the new insured year was poor. Despite regular emails notifying clients who were on cover, the majority were not on record and we did not receive invoices for premiums....
