Poor attitude, Poor service.

Not at all good. Unclear concerning excess on website initially and not interested in helping me when I needed it. An extremely disappointing experience.

Thank you for your feedback. Your excess is £100 and is clearly stated on your policy schedule. We are aware that you contacted us regarding a potential claim but as you know, there was a discrepancy between the date/time you purchased cover and the date/time you crashed the drone. Unfortunately we were unable to assist in the circumstances and we did discuss our reasoning with you over the phone.
