Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I'm sorry you are disappointed with the premium. I've had a look through our file and can see that we quoted you in March and then again in July, before you went on cover. We do try and keep prices as low as we are able to, but unfortunately there was a rating increase from Insurers within that period which was outside of our control. We've worked really hard to put together the most competitive drone policy we can, but if we can reduce prices in the future, we would be more than happy to do so.
