The company just seems to be shambolic at the moment. Taking out the insurance was easy and a fair price, and the claim was approved within about 2 weeks. Everything after that has been really bad....

I can see that the reason for the delay was because we had been given the incorrect payment details when the claim was submitted, my colleague also tried to reach out to contact you after we initially tried to make the claim payment on the 5th. Hi Charli, I never received any contact from you in any way that was identifiably you. I received 1 phone call from an unknown number that I missed, which I then couldn’t call back (it didn’t accept incoming calls). I don’t understand why you couldn’t contact me via email, instead of just waiting for me to contact you. Either way I have received the payment now at least
