Cheaper than others for a reason

Booked and paid for 6 days cover, only got 5. Emailed asking for it to be changed/looked into as no contact number with no response and my rental is close now.

You did fix it one day into my rental which is too late. You took to long to respond, but to be honest you did come back to me although to late so I have given one more star. You really need to respond within 24 hours with answers. Customer service is most important and you lacked the response time on this occasion. Thank you.
