How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Thank you for your feedback Ian. We really appreciate the frank review of your onboarding experience as it's a great opportunity for us to improve. We will be investigating our marketing funnels to ensure we're not sending more emails than could be reasonably expected and you're unsubscribed from marketing communications now, so you won't receive any further emails of that nature. We love customers using live chat as we've got real people manning it from 7am to 10pm seven days a week, but we're also more than happy to chat by phone on weekdays between 8am and 5pm too.
