Dear Customer, Thank you so much for your review and your long term usage of our services for your company. We really appreciate your business. I looked into your order to investigate the issues you were talking about just to see if there was a way our employees can better service our customers. I can see from the order that it was placed on the 16th at 9:09 pm est., which meant our office was closed and would ship out next day, as you had mentioned. I can see by the tracking that the kit was indeed shipped out next day on the 17th going USPS. I also tracked the order to see it was indeed delivered in the two-day delivery period as USPS marked it delivered on the 19th at 4:55 pm. If you did not receive it at this time, please let us know! I have looked further into the order and see that we shipped the order out, then a representative contacted you regarding your account in order to correct an old address on file. She wanted to confirm if we should update the record on our end, however, this would not hold up any shipment. We would only hold up shipment if the address was causing us issues with the shipping carrier. I'm so sorry for any confusion. She just wanted to confirm the details we have in our system and that they were updated, but we did indeed process the order to go out on the 17th. Again, we apologize for any confusion. We understand that Covid has certainty changed things with shipping times and processing times, but we strive to continue to give our customers the same speed they have received previously despite that.
