Each kit is inspected before it leaves our facility for quality and accuracy, but damage can happen by shipping carriers along the way. We are going to get you out a new slipcase as soon as possible and will contact you on this matter as well. Again, we apologize, but we'll get you a new slipcase out as soon as possible.
