Hi Valued Customer, We're sorry for any confussion regarding the minutes. Since you purchased printed bylaws & minutes, those are not editable as they come pre-printed on a document and cannot be changed. Once an item is printed, it would be very difficult for them to be editable. We do offer word editable minutes and bylaws offered for purchase with your kit! Where you dropped down and selected the printed minutes & bylaws on the top of the order form, you could also go to the bottom of that selection under forms, and select either Microsoft Word file on CD or emailed. We also provide the editable files after purchasing the kit under Electronic Products and then select Electronic Bylaws/Operating Agreement By Email for the editable version of the Bylaws & minutes. However, none of the printed copies will be editable as they are printed. Also, we have received your feedback and tested our seal bags as this is the first time we have received this complaint. Do the printed bylaws and other documents fit in the rings? The seal bags, documents and tabs are also drilled the same spacing so if the documents fit, the seal bag will too. We've tested it here to see no issues with the seal bag in either color and with the Thriftkit binder. Of course, there can always be a defect, but this would be the first complaint of it's kind. If you would like to send us an email with the photo of the seal bag defect to response@corpkit.com with the seal bag in the binder holes, we would be happy to have a customer service representative look into the issue for you.
