Dear Maria Powell, We are so sorry to hear about your recent experience and would never want our customers to ever have a bad experience with our customer service representatives. Our company missiion and all our staff here strive for the best customer service and to help each customer in the best way as we can. After speaking to our customer service representative on this order, I have a little bit more knowledge on what happened with your order. You called this morning and said the signature lines were incorrect on your order. We looked at the certificate on file and the way you placed the order and let you know that the certificates were done as ordered. The signature line you were referring to was not on the order that you placed and you're referring to on this review. That customer service representative also offered to send the order receipt over with that information and you denied the copy of the order. Since we did the order as placed, we have to charge for new certificates since it was not our error. Our customer service representative even tried to work with you and said we would charge you for the certificates, but we would waive the shipping fee for you in order to help you out on the cost of the certificates as we understand it's pricey having to order them again. We thought this would be a great compromise, but you denied wanting to pay for the updated certificates even with us waiving the shipping fee for you. Then you also stated that you never received an order from October 19th. The tracking states delivered USPS, but you claimed that the item was not delivered. Our customer service representative let you know at that point that we would send out a brand new kit for you same day shipping UPS, meaning we would choose a completely different shipping method and more costly method, to get the kit back out for you with no questions asked. Also, this would be free of charge for you. We strive to do as much as we can for our customers and our customer service representative have done everything they can on your orders to make up for any issues that occured and do our best to solve them. Our offer still stands to get the corrected certificates out for you if you would like to pay for the certificates and we will waive the shipping. You will also receive tracking shortly on the order that you have not received. We stand by our customer service team and know that in this case they have done everything they can and offered you the best support and help that they could. We apoligze for your dissatisfaction.
