Thank you for your feedback on the cleaning. We always aim for spotless properties, but occasionally things can be missed – your feedback will be shared with the housekeeper and our Property Inspector, so we can address this.
Our guest information pack is provided digitally via a link in your arrival email. It includes everything from access instructions to bin info, to nearby amenities, and having it online means we can ensure the details are always up to date, topical and relevant. That said, we’ll remove the outdated paper copy from the property to avoid any confusion. Also please do always call if anything is not clear. We are open 9-5 Monday to Saturday, and our out of hours mobile is on 24/7 for your convenience.
We’re sorry you didn’t find the WiFi to be reliable during your stay. A strong connection is important, especially if you're working while away. We'll look into this now and ascertain what is going on. If anything ever isn't quite right during your holiday, please do give us a call. We're always here to help, whether it’s resetting a router or advising on the bin location. We’re glad this didn’t disrupt your stay too much, but we’d always rather know so we can help you enjoy a completely relaxing break.
