We’ve taken note of your comments regarding the furnishings, doors, bathroom fan, fire alarm, and television positioning. This isn’t the experience we want our guests to have, and we will be passing this on to our housekeeping team to inspect.
We really do encourage our guests to get in touch with us during their stay if anything is not quite right, so that we are able to resolve this for you at the time. We are sorry that we were not given this opportunity. We have had many guests stay at Summercourt and overall the feedback has been excellent, so we are very disappointed to receive such a review.
