Excellent response to problem with booking
Website properties look beautiful but having sent a request heard absolutely nothing back. What's the point of advertising properties if no response given to booking enquiries!

We had sent a request for a booking and heard nothing back, so I was very disappointed with service. However, to his absolute credit Tim Wills from CoolStays bent over backwards to look into the issue. It is unclear what happened but I am very impressed with CoolStays management response and on the basis of this would not hesitate to use CoolStays again

Nice properies but frustrating to book
Great properties BUT with no real bookability / real availability or up to date rates it really is just a noticeboard full of ideas. Half of which are usually not available or twice as expensive as...
