How do we verify reviews?

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your review for CBC Breakdown Assistance. We are not entirely sure what you are referring to with 'less layers to get through to the right department'. We only have 1 phone number for Customer Service, we have no push button menus and you get straight through to a Customer Representative. Very occassionally when we're exceptionally busy, our administration colleagues may take a message, but that is all.

Awfull passed to to many people

Recovery was ok but went downhill after that . Communication with your staff was awfull left waking 15 mins on hold on more than one occasion was given no info on car repairs before they were done ....

Further to my earlier response, we have reviewed your feedback with Allianz Gloabal Assistance who provided you with assistance and who are also the underwriters. In line with our Policy Wording, I have now sent this to them as a Complaint and it would be inappropriate for me to respond any further in this regard.
