Hi Ian, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our response time and cancellation process/terms. I can see that my colleague got back to your original contact form that was sent at the beginning of the month, we ask that you allow 2 working days for us to reply to you - during our peak season we may take slightly longer to reply due to volume of cases but we will always backdate requests to the date they were received. Our Policy arrangement fee is non-refundable both within and outside of the cooling-off period, this is outlined within the Terms of Business that were agreed to at point of purchase. I do apologise if this fee was unexpected. This charge is applicable to cover our costs incurred, and not to penalise you at all. Kind regards, Charli.
