I can see that my colleague Chloe replied twice to you, to confirm that we do not provide recovery following an accident as this is not considered a breakdown. The only way you allow any policy cancellation is via your online form which I filled in and submitted requesting cancellation and stated that the reason for the cancellation request was that it didn’t meet my needs because there were no cover if I were involved in an accident you did respond saying that wasn’t covered but you did not cancel the policy as requested. I had to take out cover through green flag to make sure I were covered in any event.
