Thank you for your feedback, we apologise on the delay on deliveries we are still taking 10 business days for deliveries, we can only apologise about the fuel been wet when arrived we will log this as a complaint and yourself and explain about the wet fuel.
Good communication throughout, I was informed of delays due to demand. Driver delivered products where I requested. Products purchased were as described. Overall very good service. Many thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order at a time when the order bank was at its fullest and had over exceeded the expectation for the time of the year due to the current climate at the time. Deliveries have been taking longer than the usual delivery schedule. I can see that you have now cancelled your order and had your full refund.

faster delivery let people know when goods are coming ie email or phone, answer phones,answer emails would be nice 31 days to del handful of logs pay pal intervened came next day will not use again
