stop tricking your customers in to a another year at much higher prices. you should be allowed to leave after a your contract is up instead of been automatically put in to another contract.
The telephone customer service responded well to my request for copy invoices and the statements for our accounts.
The puzzle remains as to why the July invoices were not received.
Trying to leave at this time as the Customer Service is awful and with no Customer Portal you have no option but to try to liaise with them. Painful

The customer service person was excellent, but the price offered for renewing our gas contract was VERY bad. You get nothing for loyalty from CNG, so will be switching suppliers.
