We are very disheartened to hear that you found the course materials difficult to understand. These materials were authored and edited by respected senior academics and we have had no other complaints in relation to your course of study. We notice that you have made significant of our tutor support functionality and that from what we can see this has helped with clarification when there has been some ambiguity on academic content. If possible could you expand on what you thought was 'very bad at explaining' so that we can pass that on to the academic team for review. Our ultimate goal is to ensure all of our students are happy with the content but as you imagine this is more of an art than a science given the range of ability and learning styles.

I'm talking more about the contents of each lesson. I mean how exactly do I expand on explaining to you that reading the lessons contents simply creates more questions for me? I think the explanations are vague and the videos don't cover every possible dilemma that could come up in an exam situation.. And if you yourself compare your lessons with a video by exam solutions on YouTube, you'd see how he explains it through step by step, with every possible thing that could go wrong being pointed out in his videos before hand.. As if he can already foresee the possible mistakes students would make on a certain topic/question. I guess that comes with experience of teaching in person though.. So if there's one thing I could advise on, it's having the material authored and edited not just by 'respected senior academics' but also those with countless one on one experience with teaching students and understanding where their confusion generally may stem from while teaching a certain topic. Also regarding the fact that you had no other complaints regarding this just shows how very few people are rolled on to this course and I actually only just saw someone complain about how bad the explanations are on one of the maths forums last week.. So I don't know about little complaints but I guess you can only improve the contents from here..

We are a little surprised that you struggled to find the information relating to exam booking as we have a complete section on our website that offers all the information you need including contact details for centres in your geographic location.
