I have run a message report and can see that you posted a question on Friday 16/5/14. I note the administrator replied to your query on 22/5/14 (4 working days later).
Our tutors are targeted with a 2 working-day target turnaround time for academic support requests. Administrative questions can take a little longer as we have to create the process to support the issue, in this case I think you were offered a demonstration video, which obviously took a little bit of time to produce.
In any case we have noted the slight delay and have requested that all admin support requests be answered within the same 2 working day period.
So thank you once again, for bringing this to our attention, you have enabled us improve our service by doing so.
The course is good but there is no instruction as to how to approach the course, where to start, what the attachements are for or structure of the course. You just pay, receive a password then log in...
