We have been in contact with FedEx who informed us that there was an attempted delivery to you on 18.07.18, but there was no one available to sign for your consignment. All deliveries require a signature. If nobody is at the delivery address, the delivery driver leaves a card with a telephone number on for you to make alternative arrangements.
We understand a member of our Customer Service Team liaised with FedEx and yourself and resolved this issue for you as speedily as possible and your jewellery has now been delivered.
