Dear Mrs Jayshreeben Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry to hear that you felt that not enough explanations and clarifications were offered to you at time of booking and during the tour. When we take bookings for our tours, it is our policy to clearly go through the itinerary and explain what our guests can expect on each tour. All our tours involve a certain amount of walking and sightseeing. It is part of the experience so you can enjoy the destination fully. At which point we also request that our guests understand that a certain state of fitness is required to allow them to do this and so fully enjoy the tour. As your daughter was dealing with us in making your own reservations, we had clearly explained to her and gone through the itinerary with her in detail. We are sorry that this was not conveyed to you fully, as we were ensured it will be fine for you. Furthermore, there was no mention of wheel chair or any other special assistance request on the booking form. If this has been completed it would have highlighted us to the fact and we would certainly have ensured that special arrangements were in place so as to no cause you or the other guests any inconvenience and to make sure you all have an equally wonderful experience.

With regards to drinks, all our tours are either full or half board. Drinks are never included and is also stated on the tour programme and itinerary that was supplied at time of booking and during the Tour. We are sorry if this information was not highlighted to you.

Hi - I made this booking myself i think you have got your wires crossed. Let me make it clear at no point of my booking no explanation or clarification was given to me about paying for Water or Soft Drinks as my holiday package to Vietnam and Cambodia was all inclusive full board including all the Excursion and entrances as I understood. So I don't understand why you have written on itinerary that we had to pay for Water and soft drinks when you charged me full boards. I was charged Single Supplements for a single person in full not penny less which I think is joke. The Elderly Travellers I have refer to in my response had to missed many Excursion due to Mobility Issues which Was unfair and I don't think clarification was made to them about trip to Vietnam and Cambodia specially having paid in full. Elderly Travellers were above 80 plus in reliability separate Tour with they own group should been recommended for them. Certainly Vietnam and Cambodia was not the trip they should been recommended by Citibond to fill the numbers and for money. Which I think is very sad. Only good thing about this trip I have to say is Citibond is lucky to have excellent travel agent team taking care of this very well organised trip not by Citibond but agent in Vietnam and Cambodia. Both Tour Manager and guide were excellent who made my visit to Vietnam and Cambodia pleasant and enjoyable and worthwhile. I could not fault Tour Manager and all the guide did very best to take care of everything and meeting everyneed of some Vulnerable Travellers and difficult ones. They accommodated everything to please us all. Which a Big Thank you goes to Tour Operatetor in Vietnam and Cambodia. I have nothing more to add. Jayshree Patel
