Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi I've checked the policy and can see the admin fee was $30 in 2019 and for some reason in 2020 was only $10. I can only assume this was due to a system error. This year the admin fee has reverted back to the correct amount of $30. Regards Vicki

Hi I'm sorry to read the multiple back and forth you encountered to receive your renewal documents. It definitely leads to a poor customer experience when it should have been a streamline process on renewal. I can see multiple renewals have been generated 22/10/2021, 26/11/2021 & 02/12/2021. Tegan is the lady you spoke with 02/12/2021. She added a note regarding the several calls & that she updated the policy with your email address. Hi Renewal terms are generally sent approximately six to eight weeks prior to the due date. Our system will automatically send a reminder 14 days prior to the day date even though some people pay closer to or on the due date. Apologies we appeared to be pushy. Regards Vicki
