Hi Peter Renewal terms are generally sent via email or post six to eight weeks prior to the due date. If payment is not received 14 days prior to the due date our system automatically releases a duplicate copy.According to our records renewal terms were provided 04/12/2020 and again 30/12/2022.Happy to discuss further.RegardsVictoria
