Self-service!

They sent an email advising it was time to renew the policy. Even though the price of the premium had increased, I simply selected ‘renew’. I actually think I did most of the work!! Thank you

Dear Ms Vicki In essence my remarks stem from the fact that the email notice for renewing my policy and payment arrived on the due date for payment. Highly unsatisfactory nay irritating and annoying. Please don't feel the need to reply. To quote the words in the green box below "I'm done!"
