I remember taking your wife's call at the time and the whole thing was very upsetting for her. There was no excusing the drivers reaction and I can only apologise. Thanks for your feedback and I can understand your frustration. The carrier we use to despatch our firelighters were a little slower than their normal service due to the volume of Christmas freight they were dealing with so It was taking some consignments longer than normal. I do hope this hasn't put you off ordering in future. Alex Sales Manager
