Avoid at all costs

Awful, would never use again. A £1300 washing machine broke within 3 months and they refused any warranty. Nothing but a nightmare with these guys

You refused to replace until we shared on our social media with 56k followers that the machine had broken within a few months and you stated the warranty wouldn’t cover. Then you lost our broken machine which was supposed to be repaired. We were left for months without a machine and only replaced eventually because you didn’t know what the haulier had done with our original machine to be fixed. There is no doubt in my mind that you never wanted to honour any warranty and I think people should be aware of your policy to refuse warranty on a brand new machine that was only a few months old when broken - a machine that cost over £1000!!!
