Spoke to someone on the phone who understood that we needed our stainless steel table urgently and arranged a speedy production and delivery. Thank you - it made a big difference to our business.
The plug was all bent as if machine was sat on top of it, so needed plyers to sort.
Otherwise great little machine to suit my deli

We thank you for your feedback and apologise for the problems with the coolers, the resulting inconvenience and delay (although 5 weeks? our records show that your order was placed on the 29th - and this review left on the 9th - Nonetheless any delay is too long and we apologise sincerely. We would like to clarify that although service department requested you leave the units to stand for a period following delivery we did not deny responsibility and agreed to replace the units. We fully understand the requirement for communicating delivery details and dispatches are sent with a corresponding email and/or text with tracking detail. We will be investigating why this apparently did not occur. .
The helpful service of sales team was great, tried her best to get me a replacement Cooler for the one I purchased didn’t work after 24hrs, unfortunately Caterkwik had no Sliding Doors Available.
If they are stating next day delivery..that’s what it should be. We ordered two microwave ovens for more than £1000 in total. Had to contact them more than once when did not turn up as stated....

We apologise that the delivery failed on 2 occasions and for the resulting delay. The vast majority of our next day deliveries are successfully delivered on time at the first attempt. We work hard to ensure as much communication is provided as possible regarding anticipated delivery windows to achieve this. With 2 failed delivery attempts, clearly something has gone awry with your order and we apologise for the inconvenience incurred.

I assure you that we really did our very best to arrange special Saturday AM delivery for your goods to minimise the delay and had this confirmed with the courier but the height of the equipment prevented the collection.
