Quality and reliability are extremely important to us so it is really disappointing to hear that you have been let down by one of our products. Our own brand compatible cartridges should perform to the same standard as the original cartridges so I can only presume the cartridges you received may have been from a faulty batch. As with all of our own brand cartridges we offer a 2 year guarantee that covers all aspects of quality and performance. We will always do anything we can to help so I would be more than happy to raise a return for the full set of faulty cartridges. I can send out a new set of cartridges today or alternatively we can get this refunded in full. Again I am really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
