thank you for your prompt follow up to my negative review. both TO711 Black cartridges are now working it would appear to have been blocked print heads as you explained this sometimes happens.I feel i was a bit hastie in my comments Thanks once again to wendy a first class customer service I wiil continue to use you in the future

Paid extra for next day delivery on the 24th but delivery did not get there…

Paid extra for next day delivery on the 24th but delivery did not get there until Monday the 28th. Left me looking bad with my client.
