I am glad that I had the opportunity to speak with you this morning regarding your feedback. Firstly, I am sorry that the amendment took a little while to process. The customer care advisor who handled your call has only just come out of training and is very new to the role. Our processes have been designed with the customer in mind, making sure that they are swift and efficient. I am sorry that on this occasion, you call was not handled as quickly as it could have been. In relation to the back ground noise you could hear, over customer care advisors are very busy and sit within close proximity to each other, due to this background noise can be picked up through the microphones. Also, the customer care advisor you spoke to is still receiving ongoing support and coaching, so it is possible you could have picked up on his work colleague, giving him advice.
