Never received my parcel, DPD sent it back without even delivering it and I received a refund.not happy

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you didn't receive your order. I have contacted the courier (DPD) and they have confirmed that the driver couldn't locate your address so the DPD depot raised a return request. Usually in these situations we (or yourself) would be contacted for more details but this doesn't appear to be the case this time. We will raise this with the courier service. I can see we have now refunded the order for you.
