Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you though that we were poor value. The cost of the trip is an accumulative cost of not just the hotel but the 24/7 assistance line, the walking notes and the maps as well as the service charge for organizing the accommodation and itinerary. I can see from you booking that you booked under three different reference codes in September which explains why we had one night where you guys were separated. Although we tried to book everyone together, we cannot guarantee it, especially in September as it is the busiest month for the Pilgrimage. As for the night where the hotel moved you, I would love you to contact me at customercare@caminoways.com so we could discuss this accommodation should have notified us if there was an overbooking so we could inform you before you arrived. I hope to hear from you soon so we can hopefully clear up the issues that you listed above.
