Was easy enough to follow I booked my next tour in plenty of time then I get an email saying my choice of seats have been changed without an explanation.

That’s why I booked in plenty of time to get the seats we wanted and yet we’re penalised for later bookings our seats were at the back and cannot be much good to a traveler that needed a travel companion also where you have moved us to wouldn’t be any use for that purpose either.I have been booking with you for a long number of years and as I have a single paying passenger and had to book a single room for her I missed out on my April saving for this trip.
