Dear Mrs Pilkington, We’re very sorry to hear that your holiday was cancelled. Our holidays are normally organised on the basis that a minimum number of persons will travel. If we receive insufficient bookings then we may cancel the Holiday in which case we will notify you of this at least 7 days before the date of departure and where applicable will endeavour to offer an appropriate alternative date or destination. Our Feefo page allows you to provide feedback on the booking process itself rather than issues such as cancellations or complaints. We'd be really grateful if you could amend your review based on the service at the time of booking.
