Be aware when booking a Day Trip as time spent in destination is considerably less than travel time to destination and they don't tell you that.

Hotel was filthy! Poor communication for return journey.

Hotel (The Grand at Scarborough) was filthy!!! No communication as to what time we were getting picked up to return home - passengers had to ring for info!
