Very easy process.

I phoned to inquire about a trip on the Marco Polo where I spoke to Keith who was very good and booked my trip with no problems first class

The booking process was very easy to follow and complete.

The tour was what was advertised,but the stop to Invararay was very uninteresting,also the stop at Aberfoyle could have been changed to Callendar which is only a few miles away and has lots to see.
