Regarding the COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, these are duties and taxes set by Canada Customs and paid via Canada Post, along with handling fees. These charges are not imposed by us as a company, and we don’t profit from them.
For countries outside the UK and EU, additional duty or tax may apply depending on your local customs authority and the value or type of goods being imported. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to specific regulations for each destination country, but checking with your local customs office might provide more clarity.
