Thank you for your feedback. I can see that the home installation service was originally included in your order, but this was cancelled as our team deemed the area unfit to build the shed. This is likely the reason for the issue with the floor. We have tried to give you a call this afternoon to address the issue, but did not receive an answer.

We do offer several ways to contact the customer service team, including call, email and messages through the website. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Thank you for your feedback. We do find that the plastic sheds are a great low-maintenance alternative to a traditional timber shed. The sheds a re all fit for purpose, and if you were struggling we would ask that you contact the customer service team as soon as possible. In the 3 years since the building has been delivered, I cannot see that you have ever contacted the team, so we have not been able to offer any help or support.
