Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you did have several different orders, some of which contained install and some did not. This is likely where the confusion has come from. One of the buildings was not able to be installed by our team as there was not enough space, this is why the next time you ordered, the area was fully checked to avoid a further failure. It is likely that the floor bearers have become unattached as the building has been moved, we would not recommend moving the building once it is in place.
